Successfully launched an innovative drip campaign models to engage and cultivate prospects. The initiative focused on data-driven, segmented email design and content creation that enhanced the client's recruiting efforts. The initiative was split into three main segments: aligning with current technologies by making better use of CRM, leading and executing the re-branding of digital collateral and testing digital efforts to enhance open and click through rates.
I have lead multiple projects with the goal of revamping complex digital communications structures, which included helping to launch and maintain CRM (SalesForce + Marketo) and CMS (Drupal). Experienced in project managing the building of systems and integrations; exploring, testing and acquiring new platforms.
Passion and curiosity has driven me to try all sorts of digital platforms outside of the more traditional digital channels (landing pages, social media, e-mail marketing). By working with different clients in the non-profit sector I have been able to experiment with 360 video, board games and installations.

Through my years of experience I have worked with multiple platforms such as Google Analytics, E-mail Analytics through Marketo and ConstantContact and SalesForce to make improvements to clients' online presence. This often included making significant changes to landing pages and e-mails by using A/B testing, reporting on content analytics to editorial and social + more.
